Guilt Free Goodness puts a healthy twist on your favourite baked goods and market lunch options. Created by three nutritionists, Laura Gambin, Vita Pantaleo and Nyla Chaudhry, their food strives to be healthy and delicious.  All of their baked goods are gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free and preservative free. Their salads and smoothies are equally healthy, made with fresh ingredients that are often locally sourced and organic. All of their goods contain high protein, high fiber and low sugar, ensuring there is no guilt when indulging in their delicious food.



Purchase a loaded breakfast biscuit, Chocolate Dipped Madeleine or energy ball macaroon, available for $2.50 each. Their wide array of muffins and loaves are $3.50 and $7.00 respectively, including flavours such as Banana Chocolate Walnut, Lemon Raspberry Chocolate and Peach & Coconut Cream.
